Dreibergen, belongs to Bad Zwischenahn. We went to this place by boat from Bad Zwischenahn, across the Zwischenahner Meer ... This place is not far from Bad Zwischenahn by car, but it is something special by ship ... In Dreibergen directly at the ship pier there is a nice restaurant called "Fährkroog" there is a nice outside terrace where you can sit behind green hedges, sheltered from the wind, parasols are of course also available. The restaurant building has a thatched roof. The outside walls are built according to half-timbered construction, wooden beams lined with brick ... The interior of this inn is also nicely decorated, the decor matches this historic building ... The ceilings in the dining room are equipped with brown wooden beams. The low walls are white, the tables are covered with white tablecloths and beautiful decorations. On the walls there are pictures that show what it looked like in the area in earlier times ... Many guests ate here, both inside and outside. We only took drinks ... Since a lot of people stopped by here, I assume the food seems to be okay here, we tried it, we didn't, but we will certainly be guests at the Fährkroog again on our next visit to Dreibergen ....

Sunday noon, a table reserved for 3 people. The bar is packed, no regular intervals are adhered to. Our table is in the small room on the way to the toilet. Seated and walking guests sometimes touch each other in the narrow aisle. After our meal, food and drinks are good, actually as always, two tour buses come and populate the restaurant again to its limits. This is clear misconduct on the part of the management. We struggled for a long time whether we should have reported this situation. The restaurant was full of guests and everyone accepted the situation, you could have just left again.

When the weather is nice, I'm sure to sit outside. We went inside for coffee, smelled terrible of smoked fish and there were only 3 kinds of cake. The Corona rules were not taken that seriously either.

The food is very tasty and you can eat well there when you are in Bad Zwischenahn. If you take the boat trip across the Zwischenahner Meer, the ship also stops right in front of the restaurant. Unfortunately the service wasn't that great. It here e.g. The fried potatoes are brought in when they are out, only the waitress always only came when a glass was empty and didn't even then ask if we wanted fried potatoes.

Yesterday we went to Fährkroog to eat with friends after a great round of golf. The four of us loved the food, service and hospitality !! We will be back definitely.

We ordered steak and pikeperch fillet .. Food perfect. We eat more often. But everything was on point here. Attentive boss .. Highly recommended👍😉

Regional cuisine, fish dishes are highly recommended. Nice and friendly staff. It's a very good address. A perfect vacation meal.

We ate the regional specialty eel soup in this pub, which belongs to the Heimatverein. We were served correctly and sat in the beautiful garden with a view of the lake

Many delicious fish dishes from the region and East Frisian tea can also be drunk in a rustic atmosphere. Always busy, so a reservation makes sense.

For our silver wedding anniversary we went to the Fährkroog in the best weather, here you can sit outside and look at the Bad Zwischenahner Meer. Corona rules are very much observed here, so you enter your contact details at the entrance and after disinfecting your hands and putting on a mask you are led directly to a freshly disinfected table. There were 4 service staff at the service. We had the waiter who welcomed us with a lot of humor and charm. Despite the full garden, we were served very quickly and in a friendly manner. The food came very quickly too and was just delicious and freshly made. Last but not least, we also ate an ice cream that was also mega, finally a nut ice cream with plenty of real nuts to be found. It is always a pleasure to dine here and we are happy to recommend it to others. We say thank you 🙋‍♀️💞

I was there for a company dinner and enjoyed it very much. A very cozy place with a view of the Zwischenahner Meer. We sat there until the end and could have sat there longer. The three mountains that can be climbed are right next to the restaurant. A playground for children and a swimming area. I can recommend the smoked eel.

Good food for humane prices and a rustic atmosphere right on the Zwischenahner Meer. I can also well imagine myself as a bicycle destination.

A nice quaint restaurant but the all important fried potatoes with egg was far too greasy when compared to other similar restaurants in Bad Zwchwisserman. Would.thinkntwice about visiting.

Famous and known for German smoke EEL, the BEST smoke EEL you will ever taste. I've been there 4 times and can't have enough EEL!
